Joanne Achi – Trainee

Joanne is a dedicated and dynamic legal professional, currently serving as a Trainee at Raphael Law Firm. She brings a fresh perspective and a strong foundation in corporate, civil, and criminal law. Her passion for the legal profession is evident in her meticulous approach to research, advocacy, and client service.

Joanne’s practice focuses on corporate law, civil law, and criminal law, where she has already made significant contributions. She excels in conducting comprehensive legal research, drafting critical documentation, and supporting litigation teams in trial preparation. Her work includes assisting with the establishment of companies, preparing corporate documentation, and ensuring compliance with commercial registry requirements. Joanne’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in resolving complex legal issues and delivering tailored solutions for clients. 

In addition to her corporate law expertise, Joanne has actively participated in civil and criminal litigation. She has drafted and filed lawsuits, prepared legal briefs, and advocated for clients in court, handling all necessary judicial procedures with precision and professionalism. Her experience extends to administrative legal processes, including inheritance law, where she has managed the transfer and registration of assets, ensuring seamless inheritance settlements for clients. 

Joanne holds an LLB from the Lebanese University and a Master’s in Civil Service from the same institution. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Private Law, further deepening her expertise in the field. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, Joanne is well-equipped to serve a diverse clientele with clarity and cultural sensitivity.
